$750 flat, fixed scope. Reserve with a $99 deposit — refundable any time before we start, credited toward the pilot.

This is the stack we run ourselves, and parts of it are still being hardened — pilot #1 gets
the stable core (policy layer, budgets, cost metering, scheduling) and a direct line to the
founder, not a polished SaaS. If your use case needs pieces that aren't ready, we'll say so
before taking anything beyond the deposit.
